If you already have a Cardlink POS you can buy one or more new Android POS (wired or wireless) to your business.
The purchase process is done online here and you don’t need to visit a physical store.
The new POS will have exactly the same features as your old one in terms of transaction fees and card acceptance (e.g. VISA, Mastercard, etc.).
The invoice for a new POS is issued and sent within the first ten days of the following month after your new POS was initially activated. Each new POS when shipped is accompanied by a Shipping Note which can be used for tax purposes until the invoice is issued.
Each subsequent invoice is issued on the first ten days of the last month of the respective current billing period, in advance for the coming service period.

Both models accept contactless payments, as well as traditional Chip & Pin and magnetic stripe payments.

Shipping your new POS purchase has no additional shipping costs.
After completing your order, for security reasons, you will receive a phone call to confirm your purchase.
Deliveries in Attica are carried out normally (2-3 working days), while in the province there may be delays due to the increased volume of shipments faced by transporters.
Through Cardlink’s secure payment platform you have 3 payment options:
1. One-time payment using a card.
2. Payment in 2 to 6 interest-free installments using a credit card.
3. One-time payment through IRIS. With this payment method you use your web-banking, in a secure interbank payment environment, where you make the payment directly from your bank account.
1. The VAT number of your company.
2. The unique Cardlink MID merchant ID (Merchant ID) corresponding to the business you wish to add the new POS.
3. Pay attention to the correct statement of the MID (Merchant ID), as it identifies the activity and location of your business and will determine the settings of your new POS.

The transaction acceptance fees of the new Android POS will be exactly the same as your existing Cardlink POS corresponding to the MID you will state when ordering.

Your new terminal will be able to accept the same cards as your existing Cardlink POS.

This service is recommended for businesses that do not accept payments year-round.
When you initially purchase a new POS with this support plan, you pre-pay for a 3-month POS usage.
Once the 3 months of usage are consumed, you will need to prepay the support service renewal for the next 3 months to keep the service active. Months of use are considered the months in which at least 1 successful transaction has been carried out by the POS.
Each 3-month usage package is valid for 18 months. After the end of the 18 months and regardless of the completion of the usage or not, it ceases to be valid and a new 3-month usage invoice is issued, similarly with an 18-month expiry date.
In the event of non-timely payment of the fee for the next period of use, CARDLINK S.A. reserves the right to discontinue the service.
